Do we have to stop using what we have today?

Not on day one. Most spas run the old system alongside for a week while they get comfortable, then stop paying for it. Moving your clients across is included and we do it with you.

Will our nurses actually use it?

The clinical side was built around what a signed note has to contain, not around what was easy to build. A note is signed once, corrections are dated addenda, and nothing asks a nurse to remember a code.

What happens on a busy Saturday?

Warnings flag an off-grid time or a double booking and never block it. The front desk is the one standing in the room; the software does not get to overrule the person who is.

Do you process our card payments?

No, and we take no percentage of what you sell. Keep your own processor at your own rate. The software records what was taken and by which method, including financing at your lender's real fee, so commission comes out right.

Is our clients' information safe?

Encrypted, access controlled and recorded, approved devices only, idle sign out, and encrypted off-site backups every day. It is your spa's record and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
